Quick summary: I bought my car at Schrier Automotive and I’ll never buy a used car anywhere else. I bought a used car from Schrier Automotive at the end of October, and honestly, the whole experience surprised me in the best way. I had spent the entire month looking at mostly new cars, but they all felt way too expensive for what I was getting. I bounced around to a bunch of dealerships, talked to a lot of salespeople, and Schrier wasn’t even on my list—I had a pretty negative picture in my head of what a “used car lot” would be like. I only stopped by because they had a car I wanted to check out for size. I wasn’t planning to buy. At other dealerships, even the used cars I looked at had multiple owners or issues that showed up on CarFax, so I wasn’t impressed. Then I met Stewart at Schrier. Right away, he told me the car’s story—one owner, low miles, traded in for a newer model. It was clearly well taken care of. When we talked numbers, I felt like the price was fair, especially considering the condition. No games, no pressure, just straightforward and honest. I ended up buying the car, and the process was smooth and easy. Schrier completely changed how I think about used car dealerships. They made me feel like they actually care about their customers, and I’ll definitely go back when I need another used car.

I happened to come across a truck that I liked on a for them and I went in had them appraise mine and signed papers on the new one, I was in and out within an hour. They make the whole process very easy. Russ was great to work with.

Bill Bader was my salesman. He was very professional and not pushy. We found a couple of issues during the test drive. The center console lid was loose and floppy, and the rear passenger HVAC controls were busted. They agreed to fix those things at no cost to me. After signing the contract and leaving, I discovered a small crack in the drivers side window as well as an intermittent issue with a front sensor saying it's being blocked. I have requested these things to be repaired under goodwill. If they take care of all the issues, I would have no issue coming here in the future to purchase a vehicle. UPDATE: 11/20/2025. They took care of every issue.
