Oh my gosh…… I don’t even know where to begin. Can we just say “absolute best car buying experience EVER”!!!!!! I’ve been leary of car dealers because they say whatever is necessary to seal the deal. But Schrier……...well they definitely have renewed my faith. From the minute I found my vehicle on Social Media, till the minute I left owning that vehicle, the entire experience was amazing. Bill Bader and Chuck Hill were kind, honest, caring and beyond helpful. They listened to my questions and concerns and provided answers that were genuine and honest. No pressure, no hounding, no making sure they said the right thing just to seal the deal. It was refreshing and reassuring. Then there’s the actual vehicle……..hands down incredible. Had a great experience at Schrier. Isaiah was helpful, friendly, and prompt, making our purchase experience smooth and easy. A small repair was needed to the windshield after a few weeks of taking it home and Isaiah was quick to refer me to the right place and get it taken care of. Would buy a car here again!

He did an incredible job following up with us after we first reached out yesterday and was so helpful every step of the way. IMPRESSIVE! I cannot say it loud enough or proud enough! We have bought over 30 cars in our lives, and working with Isaiah, Jacob, Jeff, and Jill was amazing! You should know we are from Denver and have bought cars there and out of state. Normally when we bought out of state we have found that something was not clear in a picture or the video we always ask for. In this case, Isaiah was more than honest. He made sure to point out every little nick in the paint. The exhaust on the vehicle had been modified by the prior owner and that was something we were excited about. We did want to hear it so we asked for videos. Isaiah was able to send the videos within minutes of me asking… not one but two videos showing it! The pictures were thorough and clearly showed the condition of the vehicle… not a thing was hidden or unclear! WOW! Now what you should also know is I have worked in car dealers and this experience is unheard of! Jacob answered all our finance questions and helped us arrange the best financing option! Where he really shines is in his ability clearly explain all the coverage options! We got a great deal that protects us and this investment! Jill was also very helpful in arranging the title docs to be sent as needed. Very knowledgeable and kind! She was yet another pleasure. The owner Jeff, made it a point to come say hello and make sure all our questions had been answered and we felt comfortable. The experience was so amazing that my husband and I both agree that it’s worth the 8 hour drive! We will look at their inventory first next time we are looking for a used car! These are terrific folks. I asked for help finding a car for my 16 year old grandson. They went beyond my expectations and found a 11 year old Ford Fusion with only 36,000 miles--and, no joke, it was previously driven by a little old lady. The price was more than reasonable. As a lawyer, I cannot endorse enough the professional, courteous and efficient effort undertaken by Russ and the rest of the Schrier Team. GREAT JOB!!
